Here is a tall acetate box I made last week also. I love making these kinds of boxes. The Acetate is really easy to work with and it doesn't look like you made it. :-) I always get completments on them. Kim Score had them on her site. I love her blog. I used the large Fancy Flower punch for the top and bottom.
